January 2011 Promotion
It’s the start of a new year and we wanted to take this month to bring expired customers back to F-Response.
Starting today and effective until February 1, 2011, we are offering a “Dongle Amnesty”.
Simply put, we would love for any expired customers to come back no questions asked. To that end we will allow you to renew any F-Response dongle at the current renewal pricing regardless of how old the license is or when it may have expired.
In addition, we would really love to have our F-Response Field Kit customers take a good look at F-Response TACTICAL. It’s a very exciting product and makes using F-Response amazingly straightforward and effective. To that end during the same period we will offer an additional 3 months on each new TACTICAL(s) purchased for each expired F-Response dongle returned (within 30 days of purchase), and an additional 6 months on each new TACTICAL(s) purchased for each active F-Response dongle returned (within 30 days of purchase).
In summary the January offer is as follows:
1. F-Response renewals are open and available to all customers regardless of expiration. To qualify the renewal order must be placed before February 1, 2011.
2. F-Response Field Kit customers who purchase one or more F-Response TACTICAL kits between now and February 1, 2011 may return their F-Response Field Kit dongle for either 3 or 6 months of additional TACTICAL license term. To qualify the TACTICAL order must be placed before February 1, 2011 and the F-Response Field Kit dongle must be mailed to us within 30-days of the TACTICAL order. Limit one F-Response Field Kit dongle return per TACTICAL purchased.
Example: “I purchase (2) 1-Year TACTICAL dongles and return a single active Field Kit Dongle. Provided the return arrives within 30 days of my TACTICAL purchase F-Response will assign an additional 6 months to one of my purchased TACTICALs.”

Please include your TACTICAL order receipt with the dongle for faster service. Provided everything is in order you will receive the update files necessary to extend your TACTICAL license within 2 weeks of receipt of the Field Kit dongle(s).
